This tutorial was written by Gaylene on 30th May 2008

It was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
TOOLS NEEDED
Tube
Mask
Scrap-kit
Brushes (of choice)
Scrap-kit (freebie) Flying Butterflies made by Muriel down load below

I'm using the artwork of Keith Garvey you must have a licence to use
His art work so I can't supply the tube sorry.
Plugin needed.....Tramages...Tow the line
Put the mask in your mask folder
Open new canvas 700x580 white
Copy and paste paper 07 as new layer
Layers,load save mask from disc and find Becky_Mask 023
Click ok, layers merge group
Duplicate, image flip
Open striped paper 1 in psp make this paper the foreground colour
Open paper 01 in psp make this paper your background colour
Close off your foreground colour, with your preset shapes tool set to
Rectangle, draw a long rectangle layers convert to raster layer
Now draw a smaller rectangle see picture for guide
Now close of your foreground colour and open your background colour
We are now going to put a border around the rectangle
Line style solid, anti alias checked and width 10
Draw around the long rectangle just a little larger than the rectangle
You can move it in to join the large rectangle so don't be to fussy lol
Layers convert to raster
Now do the same to the smaller one
Covert to raster when finished
Now make your first pink rectangle active
Plugin...Tramages, Tow the line.. With default settings
Now do the smaller one the same as above
Add drop-shadow to both the borders
V & H # 4
Opacity # 50
Blur # 4
Colour # black
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Place in the large rectangle
Add the same drop-shadow as above
Copy and past just the top half of your tube and place in the smaller rectangle
Add drop- shadow
Lower the opacity of this layer to around 70%
Copy and paste double bow 1 as new layer, resize
See picture for placement add drop-shadow same as above
Duplicate and place on the right smaller rectangle resize a fraction
Adjust sharpness, sharpen both bows
Add any elements you would like there are heaps in the scrap-kit
Drop-shadow after each element you add also sharpen if you like
I've also added diamonds around my frame if you have the patience lol
There are some fabulous butterflies in the scrap-kit it was hard to
Decide which ones to use I wanted to use them all lol
Ok add your name and copyright to your picture
And any writing you want to put on it.
Add slight drop-shadow
Layers merge all
Save
