Tools needed
 
Tube (in supplies)
Scrap-kit
MaskSG_multi-floral-grungeframe 2
(in supplies)
 
Put the mask in your psp mask folder

The tube I am using is a PTU tube from Angels Tubes

Open new white image 700x600

Selections,select all, layers new raster layer

Copy and paste paper 3 into selection

Select none

Copy and paste frame 2 as new layer

Image resize about 55%

Place on the large rectangle of the mask

Click inside of frame with magic wand

Selections, modify, expand by 6

Copy and paste paper of choice as new layer

Selections, invert and hit delete on your keyboard

Select none

Move this layer under the frame layer

Add what you on this background

Copy and paste your tube as new layer

Place in the frame

Add what elements you want to use

Drop-shadow each layer as you go
