This tutorial was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
This tutorial is short and sweet it's one where you use your imagination lol.
Tools needed
Tube of choice
Scrap-kit
Mask (sg_laced-file download below)
Scrap-kit Passions Dream PTU from Toxic Candy
Open new white image 700x600
Open paper 4 in psp
Selections, select all
Layers new raster layer
Copy and paste background 4 into selection
Select none
Layers load save mask from disc find
Sg_laced-file
Load, layers merge group
I added a male tube to my tag in the left of my tag
You can add what ever you want
Copy and paste tube of choice as new layer
Add drop-shadow to tube
Copy and paste elements of choice as new layers
Drop-shadow each layer
Add some writing to your tag
When finished add your name and any copyrights
Layers merge all
Save
