This tutorial was written in pspx but should work in other versions.

Tools needed

Tube of choice

Scrap-kit

Mask ...BflyFlby mask21

Mask from ButterflyFlutterby Creations

You will have to click on older posts a couple of times

Put the mask in your psp mask folder

I am using a Suzanne Woolcott tube

As this is a PTU tube I can't supply it

Scrap-kit Angels Little Devils is from Angels Designs

This is Kathleen's first scrap-kit I think its beautiful

Open new white image 700x600

Selections,select all, layers new raster layer

Copy and paste 8 into selection

Select none

Layers,load save mask from disc

Find the mask BflyFlby mask21, load

Layers merge group

Copy and paste element 14 as new layer

Click inside of frame with magic wand

Selections, modify expand by 4

Open paper 4 in psp resize about 40%

Copy and paste as new layer

Selections, invert then hit delete

Select none

Move this layer below the frame layer

Copy and paste tube of choice

Place on the frame where you want it

Duplicate the frame layer

Move this layer above the tube layer

Now erase parts of the frame that you need to its a bit fiddly lol

Now drop-shadow the bottom frame and the tube

Add what elements you want on your tag

Drop-shadow each layer

Now add your name and any copy-rights

Layers merge all

Save
