This tutorial was written in pspx but should work in other versions.

Tools needed

Tube of choice

Scrap-kit

Mask

(sg_starspark framed (in supplies)

Put the mask in your psp mask folder

Scrap-kit Ice Princess PTU from Lynne

I am using the gorgeous artwork from Jennifer Janesko

So I can't supply the tube

Open new image white 700x600

Layers, new raster layer

Floodfill with #C5CFE1

Or copy and paste paper of choice as new layer

Layers,load save mask from disc

Find sg_starspark framed

Apply, layers merge group

Copy and paste frame of choice as new layer

Resize to fit

Copy and paste snow background as new layer

Place inside of frame resize slightly

Now drag this layer under the frame layer

Copy and paste tube of choice as new layer

Place to the left of tag

Add slight drop-shadow to frame and tube

V&H..3

Opacity..60

blur..7

colour..#9FBACE

Shadow on new layer not clicked

Copy and paste elements of choice as new layers

See my tag for placement if you want

Adding slight drop-shadow as you go

When finished add your name and any copyrights

Layers merge all

Save

I have added some snow to my tag I think it sets of the tag
