Open 600x500 transparent image

Flood fill with 3b441a

Copy & paste green sky as new layer move up to the top to the left

Layers/ properties put opacity to about 40

Copy & paste tree 1 as new layer

Put it to the left

Copy & paste background 2 as new layer and move it to the right

Layers /properties/ opacity about 60

Image resize 120%, make sure resize all layers isnt ticked

Layers /merge all visible

Effects / xero porcelain, use default settings

Copy & paste the water balls as a new layer

Image /resize 80% adjust/ hue & saturation/ colourise

Hue 51, saturation 73

Copy & paste the tube as a new layer

Image/ resize 80% , move to the left and add a dropshadow

Copy & paste the writing1 as new layer

Colourise/ settings same as before

I added a gradient glow to my writing but

That is optional.

Add your name and any copyrights

Layers / merge all

FRAME

Image add border 2 with #000000

Image add border 4 with #ffffff

Click on the white with your magic wand

Gradient / find a gold colour and flood fill

Go to effects / penta.com/ jeans

With amount 62 and border width 4

Select none

Image add border 2 #000000

Image add border 30 with #ffffff

Click on the border with your magic wand

Flood fill with #3b441a

Effects/ funhouse/ xaggerate at default settings

Effects/ simple/4 way average

Effects / bordermania/ frame 2

With the settings below

Border width 4

Frame width 4

Highlight intensity 110

Shadow intensity 130

Notch corners ticked only

Thats it!

Now save.
