It was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
Tools needed.
Tube
Mask
Lavenderlicious-TS scrapkit made by Toni which you can purchase from here
Put the mask in your mask folder
Open a 700x580 white canvas
Copy and paste paper 1 as new layer image resize 90%
Making sure all layers is not ticked
Layers, load save mask from disc find sg-stencil-flowered circle mask
Load, layers merge group
Layers new raster layer, flood fill with # 000000
Layers, load save mask from disc load mask again
Layers merge group
Image resize 90%
Copy and paste frame 1 as new layer, resizeto your liking
Add slight drop shadow then Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.
Selection tool on rectangle, draw on the edge of the frame

Layers new raster layer, copy and paste paper 5 into selection
Select none
Move this layer below the frame layer then duplicate this layer
Image mirror, get your eraser and erase the left side of the paper so you
Can see the pattern again.
Copy and paste the tube as new layer
Add a slight drop shadow
Duplicate the frame layer
Move the duplicated layer above the tube layer
Get the eraser and erase the frame from her head and
Anywhere else you wish
Copy and paste butterfly 1 as new layer
Resize and place where desired.
Copy and paste any other elements you want on your tag
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen the elements if you wish
And add a slight drop shadow to each layer as you go.
Make background layer active
Copy and paste doodle 04 as new layer resize
Layer duplicate, image mirror, image flip
Add some writing and your name
Add copyrights if any.
Save
