Plugin.... DSB Flux bright noise

Supplies

Open new canvas 700x580 white

Layers new raster layer floodfill with C12A28

Layers load save mask from disc and find the sg-berries-circle load

Layers merge group. Click inside the mask with magic wand

Selection modify expand by 4

Copy and paste paper 2 as new layer, selection invert and press delete on

Your keyboard selection none. Move this layer below your frame layer.

Copy and paster frame 2 as new layer resize 90% centre the mask.

Click inside the frame with magic wand making sure you click on all

Of it even just below the ribbon on the bottom right side selection modify expand by 4.

Resize paper 6 by 90% 2 times now copy and paste as new layer

Selection invert hit delete on your keyboard selection none

Move this layer under the frame layer

Add drop shadow to frame layer, adjust sharpness sharpen.

copy and paste glitter heart 2 as new layer resize and place

In the middle of the frame add drop shadow and sharpen.

Copy and paste bow 2 as new layer, resize add drop shadow and sharpen.

Add any other elements you would like on your picture.

Write something on your heart.

Add the copyrite I have supplied To Angels tube, and add your name

If you dont want to animate your picture

Layers merge all and save...

Animation....

Activate your heart layer

Effects DSB Flux bright noise, intensity on 42 mix clicked now click the mix once

Then ok now copy merge and paste in animation shop as new animation

Back to psp now undo the noise effects DSB Flux bright noise but this time

Click mix 2 times then ok copy merge and in animation shop paste after

Current frame. Back to psp undo noise then do the same but click the mix 3 times

Then ok copy merge and paste in animation shop after current frame.

Click on view animation to see if its animated then click view animation again.

Ok all finished now save your picture.
