This tutorial was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
Supplies
Mask Edge Canvas 02
Tube supplied

Open a new image 700x580 white canvas
Layer new raster layer floodfill with D55319
Layer load mask from disc find edge canvas 02 load layers merge group.
Click Preset Shapes find Ellipse line style solid, width 10 foreground stroke
On 000000 background null.
Draw a circle not to large convert to raster layer move up to the left
See my picture for placement duplicat this layer 2 times move one to the
Right and the other place in the middle
Have raster 1 layer active with magic wand click inside of the circle
Selections modify expand by 3 copy and paste a paper of choice
Selections invert hit delete on your keyboard selection none
Move the paper layer below your circle layer
Do the same to the other 2 circle layers
Open the frame and resize 80% making sure you have unclicked all layers
Click inside the frame layer with magic wand, selection modify expand by 6
Paste the Bahama Mama poster as a new layer resize 80% selection invert
Then hit delete on your keyboard select none move under the frame layer
Add drop shadow to frame layer.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer shift to the left add a dropshadow.
Copy and paste some embellishments of your choice see my pic for reference
Or be creative yourself lol
Add dropshadow to them add any copyrite and your name.
Layers merge all.

Resize your picture to what you want and save....
