Tools needed....
Tube
Mask
Scrap-kit
Xenofex 2 Constellation
I used the artwork of Keith Garvey its a PTU tube sorry I can't supply it.

Open 700x580 white image
Layer new raster layer floodfill with FFC0E3
Layer load save mask from disc find the sg-sinelace circle
Invert transparency clicked loadlayers merge group
Layer new raster layer floodfill with 000000
Apply mask same as above merge group
Resize this layer by 90% making sure all layers is not ticked.
Layer merge down
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer add dropshadow
Copy and paste so girly diva and place in front of your tube add drop shadow
Activate the group raster layer
With your magic wand click inside the black part of the mask
duplicate 2 times.
Activate the group raster layer close of the other 2 layers
Effects xenofex 2 constellation with these settings
Star size 2, variation 1, edge star 26, overall star 1,
Overdrive 100, twinkle amount 75, rotation 45,
And keep original colour ticked random seed on 1524
Click ok close that layer off and open up the next layer making sure
Its activated. Open constellation again and hit random seed once.
Do the same to the last layer select none.
activate your top layer copy and paste the so-GIrly corner accent 1
resize by 30% place in the top left corner drop shadow duplicate mirror
and flip. Add some brushes to your background layer if you want.
add any copyrite and your name.
Now for the animation if you want i rather like It Without the animation.
activate your background layer making sure your 2 duplicated mask
layers are closed of and your group raster layer is open
copy merge and paste in animation shop as NEw animation
back to psp lock that layer and open the one ABove copy merge and
paste in animation shop after current frame back to psp again
x that layer and un x the one above copy merge and paste in
animation shop after current frame . Click on view animation
to see if its animated click it of now go to edit select all then
animation, frame properties and put the display time to 15 or
what ever you want save your picture.
