This tutorial was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
Tools needed
Tube
Mask
SKF Rose
Brush
Eye candy 4000 HSB Noise
Put the mask in your mask folder
Scrap kit Grey to Black from Simplysensationalscraps
Open 700x580 white canvas
New raster layer floodfill 000000
Layers load save mask from disc find pinch and point mask invert transparency
Unticked load layers merge group.
Copy and paste frame 3 as a new layer image resize 105% adjust sharpness sharpen
Adjust hue and saturation colorize hue 16 saturate 49
Click inside the frame with your magic wand make sure you click
Inside the beads also selection modify expand by 6
Copy and paste paper 6 as new layer selection invert hit delete on keyboard
Select none move below the frame layer
Copy and paste the tube as new layer if using the tube I supplied resiz 70%
Duplicate the frame layer and move this layer above the tube layer now
Erase parts of the frame so it looks like she is coming out of the frame
Drop shadow the original frame layer make raster 2 active layer
New raster layer and place the brush I supplied the child 1
Copy and paste any elements you would like from the scrap kit there are many
You can choose from ass a drop shadow as you go and if you want to
Sharpen them also as I did. I also clicked on the paper layer effects reflection
Effect kaleidscope everything on zero exept number of pedals put 10 in there
And click refect then ok you will have to resize it now as it will shrink lol
Then get your eraser and erase the parts that are over- lapping
Copy and paste the SKF Rose as new layer resize I also got the
Freehand selection tool and went around the pedals and copy and pasted
Them as new layer on the picture duplicate then image flip and place them under the vase drop shadow all layers
Add your Copyrite I'm using a FTU tube and also add your name.
Now for the Animation that fun part lol
Make your paper layer active effects eye candy 4000 HSB noise
And use these settings...
Copy merge and paste in animation shop as new animation
Back to psp and undo the noise add the noise again and hit the random
Seed once copy merge and paste in animation shop after current frame
Back to psp again undo the noise and do it again lol copy merge
Paste in animation shop after current frame
Click on view animation to see if all working ok
Click the animation off and go to edit select all animation
Frame properties and put it to 30 click ok.
Save your picture.
