This tutorial was written in pspx but should work in other versions.
Tools needed
2 tubes of choice
Scrap-kit
WSL_mask 169
Mask in the supplies
Put the mask in your psp mask folder
Scrap-kit Dragonfly Blessing from GigglyGirl
This is a PTU scrap you can download it below
The tube I am using is a PTU tube from
Jennifer Janesko so I can't supply it
Open new white image 650x650
Layers new raster layer flood-fill with #DAC4A8
Layers, load save mask from disc find WSL Mask 169
Load, layers merge group,image resize 110%
Add drop-shadow settings below
V&H..1
opacity..40
blur..1
Black
Copy and paste frame 2 as new layer
Now copy and paste your tube as new layer
Drag below the frame
Erase any parts of the tube outside of the frame
Now merge visible these 2 layers together
Resize 80% and move up to the left
See my tag for placement
Add slight drop-shadow and sharpen
Copy and paste your other tube as new layer
Place where desired
Add drop-shadow
V&H..2
opacity..60
blur..7
Black
Copy and paste cluster 1 as new layer
Place top left of frame drop-shadow and sharpen
Copy and paste butterfly charm as new layer
Image resize 90%
Image rotate,free rotate,left 15
Place top right of tag under the tube
Adjust, sharpness sharpen once
Add any more of the elements you want
I have added some sparkle to the mask layer
Add drop-shadow and sharpen if you wish
Add and copyrights and your name
Layers merge all
Save
