GUARDIAN OF PRAYERS

Made this tag so thought I would do a tut with it

Tools needed
 
Tube of choice
Scrap-kit
Mask  (in supplies)
Background (in supplies)
 
Put the mask in your psp mask folder
 
Plugin needed...Cybia screenworks
Effects,Xenofex 2 constellation

I am using a Rachel Tallamy tube its a PTU tube
So I can't supply it.
 
Open new white image 700x580
Layers new raster layer
Floodfill with #B4B4BF
Layers,load save mask from disk find sg_stencilled-flower-square-4
Load, layers merge group
Duplicate layer
Make original mask layer active
Adjust, blur gaussian blur on 20
Cybia -screenworks fine rule mode on 0
Merge these 2 layers visible
Copy and paste frame 2 as new layer
Resize to your liking
Make the merged layer active
Copy and paste background as new layer
Place in the frame where you want it
Layers, properties blend mode on soft light
Opacity on 70
Copy and paste tube of choice as new layer
Place where desired
Add drop-shadow to tube and frame
Sharpen the frame
Add what elements you want
And resize them to what size you need
Sharpen the elements
Add your name and any copyright
If you not going to animate merge all layers
Save
 
ANIMATION
 
Make the tube layer active
With magic wand click on the wings
Effects,Xenofex 2 constellation
With settings below
Star size 2.00
15
5
1
100
75
Twinkle rotation 45
Keep original image ticked
Click ok
Select none
Copy merge and paste in AS as new animation
Back to psp
Undo the twinkles
Now do the twinkles again but hit the random seed once
Copy merge and paste in AS after current frame
Do above one more time so you have 3 frames in AS
Edit, select all
Animation, frame properties, change to 15
Click ok
Save
