Open new white image 600x600
Open the web in psp
Right click copy and paste as new image
Click of the original web we don't need it anymore
We are going to colorize the web orange
Adjust, hue and saturation, colorize
Hue 23
Saturation 255
Click ok
Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize 120%
Now undo the colorize on the web
Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize 110%
Make the orange web layer active
Layers duplicate
On the original orange web layer
Adjust, blur, Gaussian blur on 10
Effects, cybia screenworks
Fine rule and mode on 0
Copy and paste frame 1 as new layer
Image resize 70%
Click inside of frame with magic wand
Selections, modify expand by 4
Copy and paste paper of choice as new layer
I used paper 6
Selections invert hit delete
Select none
Drag this layer under the frame layer
Copy and paste tube of choice
Resize if you have to
Add drop-shadow to frame and tube
V&H 2
Opacity 50
Blur 7
Black
Now add what elements you want on your tag
Add drop-shadow as you go using same settings as above
When finished add your name and any CR
Layers merge all
Save
You can add what animations you want
I added an ant on the bag..
