This tutorial was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
This is a very simple and easy tutorial 
  
Tools needed
Tube
Scrap-kit
Mask (in supplies)
 
Put the mask in your psp mask folder
 
Plugin needed  Mura Meister copies
 
Scrap-kit Simply Maria freebie from Teresa
 
I am using a Rachel Tallamy tube its a PTU tube
So I can't supply it.
 
Open new white image 650x650
Copy and paste paper 1 as new layer
Layers,load save mask from disk find SaraLettersMask
Load, layers merge group
Open daisy in psp image resize 40%
Copy and paste as new layer do not move it
Effects, mura meister copies settings below
Circle, tile mode, blend mode
Number...12
Shift X and shift Y on 70
Leave all other settings as they are,click ok
Copy and paste frame 2 as new layer
Image resize 110% 2 times all layers not clicked
Delete the parts of the flower in the frame
Make top layer active
Selections, float then defloat flood-fill with #2F4455
Select none
Adjust, hue and saturation, colourize
Hue...146
Saturation...73
Click in the circle with magic wand
Selections, modify, expand by 4
Copy and paste paper of choice as new layer
Selections invert, hit delete on keyboard
Select none
Move below frame layer
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Duplicate the frame layer drag to the top
Erase parts of the frame you want to
So your tube looks like its coming out the frame
Now add drop-shadow to frame,paper and tube layer
V&H...3
Opacity...50
Blur...6
Black
Sharpen the layers also if you want
Now copy and paste any elements you want to use
Add drop-shadow to each layer
Add word art I have supplied
Drop-shadow with settings above
Add your name and any copyrights
Layers merge all
Save
