Plugin Mura Meister copies
Open image 700x580 white
Open paper 2 copy and paste as new layer
Layer load save mask from disc find circles and leaves by cat load layer merge group
Duplicate the mask layer, activate the original mask layer
Adjust, blur, Gaussian blur put radius on 10 click ok
Activate the duplicated mask layer
Copy and paste the pink black chain I duplicated and mirrored mine
Adjust sharpness sharpen
Activate background layer
Copy and paste the heart I supplied
Effects Mura Meister..copies with these settings
I resized it 105% a couple of times till you see the heart see my tag for reference.
Activate the top layer
Copy and paste the Janesko Beauty writing I supplied
You might have to resize this to make it fit where you want it
Copy and paste your tube add small drop shadow
Open the pink black tag
I didn't want the both so I got my selection tool and drew around the top one
Then I copy and pasted it as a new layer see tag for placement
Add a slight drop shadow and sharpen
Write your name or anything you want on the tag
Add any copyrite then layers merge all

Image add border 10 C9A2B6
Click on this border with magic wand
Effects, reflection effects, Kaleidoscope
Everything on 0 except the number of pedals put that on 10 and click reflect
Then ok.
Effects 3D inner bevel with these settings below
Selection none
Image add border 2 000000
Resize your tag
Save
