All supplies included
Open new canvas 700x580 transparent
Flood fill with #C9B3A0
Copy and paste 1a-scene-25 as new layer
Layer#properties#blend mode Luminance legacy
Copy and paste mds 6740 take off place at top of your picture
Change blend mode to Luminance legacy also I used the
Deform tool to stretch the picture across the top.
Copy and paste the male 1 tube ive provided resize to 70%
And place to the left of your picture
Layer#properties # opacity to about 50% and change
Blend mode to luminance legacy.
Copy and paste the lady tube place to the right
Add drop shadow I used the settings below..
V&H -1
Opacity 90
Blur 4.90
Colour 000000
I duplicated this layer 2 times as it makes the tube clearer
Copy and paste the birds and place where desired
Copy and paste wording 1 and place where you like
Copy and paste flower 1, image resize 70%
And place on the bottom left of your picture
Layers # Properties change blend mode to Luminance legacy
Add your name and any copyrites.
Layers merge all.
Now for the border...
Image add border# 2 #black
Image add border# 4 # white
Click on the white border with magic wand
Tolerance and feather on #0
Flood fill with a gold pattern
Select none
Image add border # 2 black
Image add border # 15 white
Click with magic wand and flood fill with # C9B3A0
Keep selected
Effects#Artistic effects # Halftone with the settings below
Halftone pattern # Line
Size # 2
Screen Angles # 135 in all
RGB ticked
Use as Overlay ticked
Blend mode multiply # Opacity # 100
Click ok
Select none
Image add border # 2 # black
Image add border # 4 # white click with magic wand
Flood fill with gold pattern
Select none
Image add border # 2 # black
Resize tag to 700x580
Resize all layers ticked.
Save
