SUPPLIES NEEDED
Tubes
Mask
Brushes
Put the mask in your mask folder

Scrap-kit bd-Muted Plums free scrap-kit, thanks Hun,
Plugin ...Alien Xenofex2 constellation (optional)
Open 600x600 white image
Layers new raster layer flood fill 000000
Layer,load save mask from disc find wsl-mask 17 load
Layers merge group
Image resize 110%
Open up paper 8 from the scrap-kit
Copy and paste as new layer
And do the mask again
Don't resize this one though.
Copy and paste frame 3 as new layer, resize
And place up towards the top of your picture
Add a drop shadow
Click inside the frames with magic wand
Selections modify contract 4
Copy and paste paper 4 as new layer
Selection,invert then hit delete on your keyboard
Now you can put some brushes,pattern etc on this layer
I added some constellation with the settings below
Star size 2
Size variation 1
Edge star density 49
Overall star density 0
Overdrive 100
Twinkle amount 75
Twinkle rotation 45
Keep original image ticked
Random seed on 1
Click ok
Add some wording or some elements also if you want
Copy and paste large bow 2 as new layer
Resize and Adjust, hue & saturation, colourize setting below
Hue...208
Saturation...30
Place on the top left frame add drop shadow
Layers duplicate,image mirror now resize this bow and place on frame
Copy and paste the car tube, resize see picture for placement
Add drop shadow
Copy and paste the tubes as new layer, resize add drop shadow
Copy and paste swirled beads as new layer resize then put this layer
Above your background layer,image duplicate, mirror,then flip
I also duplicated this layer,image mirror.
Add drop shadow if desired
Add your name and angels copyright that I have included in supplies
Layers merge all
Save
