Tools needed
Tube

All supplies included except the tube
Tube came from
Angels its a PTU tube so I can't supply it sorry.

Put the mask in the mask folder
Plugin needed...Dragonfly Sinedots2 & Dsb flux bright noise
Open new image 700x580 white
Layer new raster layer floodfill with #B2C4D0
Effects,dragonfly, sinedots 2 leave settings as they are click ok
Image mirror
Layers, load save mask from disc find the mask tde 71,
Invert transparency unticked, load
Layers merge group
Copy and paste the roses as new layer
Place them on the top left of picture
Adjust, hue and saturation, colourize with settings below
hue...145
saturation...59
Layers duplicate, image mirror
Layers merge down
Layers duplicate, image flip
Layers duplicate
Image rotate, free rotate 90 right
Now drag it to the right edge of your picture
Layers duplicate, image mirror
Layers merge down
Now merge all the flower layers visable
Change the opacity on this layer to about 44
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Add drop shadow
Copy and paste the word-art as new layer
Copy and paste the small heart as new layer
Colourise with same settings as above
Place them in the right frame of your mask
Resize them if you want add drop-shadow and them sharpen
Copy and paste the stars as new layer
Image mirror
Place the stars to the top left of pic
Layers duplicate image mirrow
Duplicate as many times as you want
Copy and paste the heart decor as new layer
Colourise with same settings as above
Resize if you want and place them in the left frame of the mask
Add drop-shadow and sharpen
Copy and paste the bird as new layer
Sharpen, place where desired
Add your name and any copyrights
Layers, merge all flatten
Image, add border white 2
Image add border 25 #B2C4D0
Click on this border with magic wand
Now effects, dsb flux put intensity on 42
Click ok
Effects, reflection effects, Kaleidoscope settings below
All on zero but put pedals on 10
Click reflect then ok
Keep selected now go to
Effects,3D effects, inner bevel with settings below
Bevel 2
Width 10
Smoothness 55
Depth 16
Ambience -27
Shininess 45
Angle 135
Intensity 31
Elevation 88
Click ok
Keep selected
Now sharpen 2 times
Ive also added some sparkles (optional)
Select none
Image add borders 2 white
Resize if you want to
Ive resized mine back to 700x580
Save
