This tutorial was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
The tube I have used is a PTU tube so I can't supply it
It's a beautiful Barbara Jensen tube
Open new image 600x600 white
Layers new raster layer flood-fill black
Layer, load save mask from disk
Find sg_cornered-octagon, load
Layers merge group
Preset shape tool set to Octagon
Close of foreground colour
Background colour black
Draw just inside of the mask this part is a bit fiddly lol
Objects, align in centre of canvas
Convert to raster layer
Click with magic wand now
Selections, modify expand by 4
Copy and paste paper of choice as new layer
Selections, invert, hit delete, select none
Drag this layer down one
Make the top layer active
Click with magic wand again,
Flood-fill with colour of choice
Effects, texture effects, Mosaic glass
With default settings, click ok
Effects,plugins, Dynasty Software Kissin time
All on 33
Add a brush of choice
Select none
Copy and paste elements of choice

Add slight drop-shadow and sharpen each layer
Layers merge all
Add your name and any copyrights
