SUPPLIES NEEDED
Tube
Mask
Scrap-kit
Plugin... Filters unlimited 2, square edge
Scrap-kit is called Cream by Swheatcreations its a freebie thanks Hun
I'm using the artwork of Keith Garvy you have to have a licence to use it
So I'm sorry but I can't supply the tube
Open new image 700x580 white
Copy and paste paper 3 as new layer resize
Layers,load save mask from disc find wsl mask 192
Click load then merge group
Click on your deform tool and pull the mask out to fit the layer
Copy and paste the lace as new layer resize 50%
Sharpen once
Duplicate layer
Image rotate 45 to the right
Adjust, hue and saturation, colourise
Hue# 235
Saturation# 134
Copy and paste paper 3 as new layer
Image resize 4 times 70%
Selections, select all float then defloat
Effects. Filters unlimited 2 edge square edge 16
Select none
Sharpen then add dropshadow
V & H # 1
Opacit y# 50
Blur# 1
Copy and paste paper 2 as new layer
Repeat same Steps as above
Them image, rotate, free rotate 45 left
Copy and paste the envelope as new layer
Image resize 80%
Click inside the frame selections, MOdify, expand by 6
Open paper 3 again resize by 70% 4 times
Copy and paste as new layer
Selections invert now hit delete on your keyboard
Select none
Move this layer under the frame layer
Copy and paste the word art supplied as new layer
Resize so it fits Into the frame
Copy and paste dotlace as new layer
I resized mine 70% 4 times then got the deform tool and made it fit

Copy and paste the flowers as new layer
Resize see tag for placement
Duplicate image flip
Copy and paste the safety pen and string bow as new layers

Add drop shadow and sharpen
Copy and paste the glitter stars as new layer
See tag for placement
Copy and paste the Bow as new layer, resize place up the top of your tag
Colourize with Same settings as before
Add drop shadow and sharpen
Copy and paste the rose as new layer, resize
See tag for placement
Add drop shadow and sharpen
I added a little constellation to them
Ive added some butterflies also
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Place where desired, add drop shadow
Add your name and copyright
Save
