Tools needed
Tube
Everything else supplied
The beautiful tube I am using is from Angels tubes its a PTU tube so I cant supply it
The rest of the supplies I have used I have collected on the net if they are yours
Please let me know and I will give you proper credit or take them down.
Open new image 700x580 white
Copy and paste misted snow trees as new layer move it up top to the left
Duplicate this layer then move it to the top right
Layers merge down
Then duplicate it and move it down to the bottom of your tag
Open the frames by Sandi I used the left one copy and paste as new layer
Image resize about 80%
Now colourize it with these settings adjust, hue and saturation, colourize
Hue# 149
Saturation# 117
Now image, rotate, free rotate left 10
Now duplicate image mirror
Make your first frame layer active, with magic wand click inside of frame
Selections. Modify, expand by 4
Now copy and pasteblue background as new layer place inside the frame
Selections invert, now hit delete on your keyboard, selection none
Move this layer under the frame layer
Now do the same to the right frame
Now add light drop shadow to the frame layers
Copy and paste the diamond as new layer
Place where you want on the frames sharpen them
Copy and paste snow 1 as new layer place in the frame
Duplicate and resize as many as you wish
Sharpen them all
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Add drop shadow
Make raster 2 active, copy and paste the stars as new layer
Duplicate and mirror
I also added some noise to the background in the frame layers
Copy and paste Let it Snow I have supplied
Add drop shadow
Copy and paste snow 2 as new layer
Place where you like sharpen
Add name and copyright
ANIMATION
Now to do the Snow animation
Open the animated snow in animation shop
Now go back to psp and close of all the layers except the white background layer
And the misted snow trees layers
Make the white background layer active
Copy merge and paste as new animation in animation shop
Now make the animation snow active you will see it has 10 layers
So you have to make 10 layers on your pic fron psp
Click on the picture from psp
Right click on the pic and duplicate selected
Keep doing this until you have 10 frames keep an eye out on the bottom of the pic
It will tell you as you go how many frames you have
Now with your mouse push the bar down the bottom back to the start
Now make the snow active go to edit, select all. Edit copy
Now on your pic from psp click on the 1st frame, go to edit, select all, edit paste into selected frame
And place on your picture
Now up the top of animation shop you will see a little icon its the view animation one
Click on this and your picture should animate now click view animation again
To turn it off
Now back to psp, close of the bottom layers that you used and open all the other layers
Make the top layer active
Copy merge and paste in animation shop as new animation
Now click on the pic and make 10 frames as you did before
Now edit, select all, edit copy
Now click on your animated pic and go to edit,select all
And paste into selected frame
Make sure you put it where you want it
If you dont just go to edit, undo and paste it till you get it right
View animation and if all is well go to file, save as...
And save it
