This tutorial was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
Tools needed
Tube
Mask
Elements
Scrap-kit
The only thing in this tutorial I can't supply is the Garv tube
You have to have a licence to use his artwork
Go to 2007 on the bottom right hand side
Plugin....Simple
Open a new image in psp 700x580 white
Selections, select all
Layers, new raster layer
Open paper paper 1 from the scrap
Copy and paste into selection
Select none
Layers, load/save mask from disc
Find sg_geometric-grungeframe 1
Click load, layers merge group
Open frame 2 copy and paste as new layer
Resize, to your liking I resized 2x50% and 1x90%
Layers duplicate this makes the frame a little darker lol
Layers merge down
Adjust sharpness sharpen
Add dropshadow
Click with magic wand inside of your frame
Selections, modify, expand by 4
Open paper 7 in psp
Resize using the same settings as above, copy and paste as new layer
Selections,invert, hit delete on your keyboard select none
Move this layer under your frame layer
Now make your paper layer active, add new raster layer
Foreground colour 000000
With the brush ive supplied size 500 as far to the right as you can click once
Now use your deform tool and drag the flowers so they cover the paper
Make your frame layer active
Copy and paste beaded ribbon 2 as new layer
Resize it so it fits on the top of your frame
Layers duplicate, image flip
Layers duplicate,image rotate,free rotate 90 to the left
Place on your frame left side
Duplicate again and image mirror
Don't worry about the corners overlapping we are going to cover them lol
Copy and paste pearl 5 as new layer
Resize 2x50% and 1x60%
Place on the top left of your frame
Now duplicate it and resize it by 70% place next to the other one on the frame
Now duplicate it again and place under the bigger one see tag for placement
Now merge these 3 layers visable
Add dropshadow, and sharpen
Effects, simple, top left mirror
Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer
Place in the frame add dropshadow
Open the bow ive supplied now we going to colourize it
Adjust, hue and saturation, colourize with these settings
hue....12
saturation....54
Click ok
Now resize the bow by about 60%
Copy and paste as new layer place on the top left of the frame
Add dropshadow and sharpen
Now open flowers 4 & 5 from scrap-kit
Resize and place to the bottom left of frame see tag for placement
Add dropshadow and sharpen
Now open the bling in garden I have supplied
With your freehand selection tool go around one of the diamonds
Copy and paste as new layer and place on bow and flowers, and sharpen them also
Now copy and paste the spiral diamonds as new layer place in frame then sharpen
With freehand selection tool again open the butterflies
And draw around the butterfly I used the best one to match my tag
Copy and paste as new layer
Image resize and place where desired I also rotated my with these settings below
Image, rotate, free rotate left 40
Layers duplicate, image mirror now resize this a bit smaller
Place where desired also
Add dropshadow to both and sharpen
Write something in the frame if you wish
Add copyright and your name
Add dropshadow to both
Layers merge all
Save
