Ok lets get started...
Open new image 700x580 white
Copy and paste paper 2 as new layer
Image resize 60%
Layers, load save mask from disc and find wsl mask 149 click ok
Layers merge group
Duplicate mask layer, layers merge down
Image resize 120%
Copy and paste frame 2 as new layer
Click inside of frame with magic wand
Selections modify expand by 6
Copy and paste paper 1 as new layer
Selections invert. Hit delete on your keyboard
Selections none drag this layer under the frame layer
Add drop-shadow to frame layer and sharpen
Copy and paste beaded swirl 1 as new layer
Image resize fairly small
Place in the middle of the frame
Effects Mura meister copies. Encircle
Put the number on 14 leave everything else the same
Now drag this layer down above your mask layer
Sharpen
Make your top layer active
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Add drop-shadow
Copy and paste some elements of your choice as new layers
Add drop-shadow and sharpen
Add your name and any copyrights
Layers merge all
Save
