And was written in psp8 but should work in other versions
Tools needed
Tube
Mask
Embellishments
Scrap-kit
Plugin...Mura's meister copies
Muted Earth free scrap-kit from Swheatcreations thanks so much
Embellishments from Rainbow Coffi
Tube of choice Ive used a Gorjuss tube you have to have a licence to use it
So I can't supply it.
Open a 700x580 white canvas
Put your foreground colour on BC9365
Layer new raster layer flood-fill with colour
Layers, load save mask from disc find WSL MASK 12 load
Layers merge group
Copy and paste round double frame as new layer resize
Click inside of both frames with magic wand
Selections, expand 4
Open paper muted earth background 3 resize, copy and paste as new layer
You will have to resize it a fair bit ok
Place it over the frames selection invert hit delete select none
Move this layer under your frame layer
Make your frame layer active
Open the beautiful words copy and paste as new layer resize
Place in your frame see picture for placement
Drop-shadow frame layer and words layer
Now copy and paste accentstarframe place it to the top left
See my picture for placement duplicate this layer image mirror,
Duplicate image flip, duplicate image mirror, merge these layers together
Now put this layer just above your mask layer
Make your top layer active
Now open the magnolia leaves
Copy and paste as new layer resize quiet a bit put the leaves
In the middle of the frame
Effects, mura's meister , copies you need to put it on encircle
Now just fiddle with the top setting on the right
I'm sorry I dont remember what setting I had mine on
You want the leaves to just show out from the frame
Now drag this layer to above your star layer
Make your top layer active
Copy and paste Raccoon sign as new layer resize if you want
Add drop-shadow and place to the right of your tag
Copy and paste your tube place to the left add drop-shadow
I have included some embellishments from Rainbow Coffi
Copy and paste what-ever you wish to add to your tag drop-shadow each layer
When you have finished adding them add your name & copyright
Layers merge all
Save
