This tutorial was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
Tools needed
Tube
Template
Scrap-kit
Plugin..dsb flux, bright noise (optional)
No supplies for this tutorial
Mask I have used is Vix_Mask 172 download below
Put the mask in your mask folder is psp
The tube I have used is a PTU tube from Myka Jelina

Click on links, downloads, templates its the first one
Open new image white 700x600
Copy and paste a paper of choice as new layer
Layers, load save mask from disc
Find vix_mask 172, load
Layers merge group
Duplicate mask layer
Make the original layer active
Adjust, blur, Gaussian blur 10
Now on the duplicated layer
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen a couple of times
Open your template in psp
X out the copyrights
Make the bottom layer active, copy merge and paste as new layer
Image resize 90% all layer unclicked
With magic wand click on all the rectangles
Selections, modify, expand by 2
Selections,modify,smooth both on 10 and both clicked
Floodfill with a colour or paper of choice
Ive used paper 13
Keep selected
Effects, texture effects, tiles with settings below
Tile shape Hexagon
Ive used the default settings
Click ok
Add dropshadow
Select none
Make the template layer active
Now click with magic wand inside the small circles
Repeat the same as above for these
Ive used colour #6D1E56
And instead of tiles I used Mosaic glass
And sharpened it 2 times
Select none
Now make template layer active
Click in the large circle with magic wand
Same steps as above
I flood filled with colour #51608C
And used Mosaic glass again
Sharpen, select none
Now comes the easy part
Copy and paste what elements you want to use
Drop-shadow each layer and sharpen in you want to
Ive also added a couple of butterflies to my tag
I'm sure you have some saved somewhere lol
Now copy and paste your tube as new layer
Add drop-shadow
Add any copyrights and your name
If you don't want to animate merge all and save
Animation
Ive added some bright noise to the leaves
Make the leaves layer active
With magic wand click on the leaves
Make sure you only have the ants around the edges
Effects, plugins, dsb flux, bright noise
Intensity on 42
Direction on mix
Now click mix once
Selections none
Copy merge and paste as new animation in AS
Back to psp
Click on the little back arrow 2 times
Add the bright noise again but click mix 2 times
Select none
Copy merge and paste in AS after current frame
Back to psp
Click arrow again 2 times
Do bright noise again but click mix 3 times
Select none
Copy merge and paste in AS after current frame
View animation
If all is ok
Save
