Scrap-kit
Plugin needed... Unlimited 2

I'm using the the beautiful artwork of Suzanne Willcott you must have a licence to use her artwork
No supplies for this tutorial
Open a new canvas 650x650 white
Open paper 6 in psp resize to 500x500
Copy and paste as new layer
Selections, select all,.float then defloat
Effects, filters unlinited 2, edges square, square edge 17, load
Select none
Image rotate, free rotate left 10
Open paper 2 in psp
Do the same steps as above but rotate right 10
Drop shadow both paper layers with setting below
V & H....4
opacity....70
Blur 5
Colour black
Make your 1st paper layer active, duplicate it
And on the original layer go to adjust,blur Gaussian blur 10
Effects texture effects, Mosaic glass with the settings below
Number of columns and rows...100
Glass curvature 15
Edge curvature 0
Grout width 2
Grout diffusion 9
Symmetric. Ticked
Click ok
Make your top layer active
Copy and paste frame 2 as new layer resize 90%
Click inside of frame with magic wand make sure you also click between the leaves
Selections, modify expand 6, open paper 4 in psp resize 400x400
Copy and paste as new layer selection invert hit delete on keyboard select none.
Move this layer under your frame layer
Make top layer active copy and paste metal doodle 1 as new layer resize 70% 3 times
Image mirror place top left of tag drag this layer above raster 2
Then layer duplicate.image mirror image flip
Drop-shadow both layer with settings above
Make your frame layer active copy and paste your tube as new layer
Place it where you want it in your frame
Now we are going to make it look like your tube is coming out of your frame
Duplicate your frame layer now drag this layer above your tube layer
Get your eraser and erase the frame parts that are blocking your tube
Now drop-shadow your original frame layer
Add what-ever you want to your tag
Drop-shadow each layer
Now add your name any copyrights
Layers merge all
Save
