This tutorial was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
Tools needed
Tube
Scrap-kit
Lace
plugin..Filters unlimited 2.0 edge frame
Scrap-kit Sweet Candy by Angie
Lace I have used is from CandysTreats-Lace 2
The tube I have used is a PTU tube so I can't supply it
It's a beautiful Barbara Jensen tube
Open new image 600x600 white
Open paper 10 in psp
Image resize 530x530 pixels all layers clicked
Copy and paste as new layer
Selections, select all
Selections, float, selections defloat
Filters unlimited 2.0 edges square, number 13
Select none
Image, rotate 5 to the left
Open paper 11, image resize 500x500 pixels all layers ticked
Copy and paste as new layer
Repeat above steps
But this time rotate 5 to the right
Sharpen 2 times on each layer
Open cadre1frame
Resize 90%
Copy and paste as new layer
Click inside of frame with your magic wand
Selections modify expand by 4
Add new raster layer
Open paper2 in psp
Resize 50% all layers clicked
Copy and paste into selection
Select none
Move this layer under the frame layer
Sharpen 2 times
Copy and paste your tube of choice
Arrange on the frame how you want it
Make your frame layer active
Duplicate it
Now drag this layer above your tube layer
Get your eraser and erase the parts of the frame
So your tube looks like is coming out of the frame
Add drop-shadow to the original frame layer and tube
Copy and paste elements of choice as new layers
Add slight drop-shadow and sharpen each layer as you go
Layers merge all
Add your name and any copyrights
Save
