BURGENDY AND CREAM

This tutorial was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
 
  
Tools needed
Tube
Scrap-kit
Mask (in supplies)
 
Put the mask in your psp mask folder
 
 
Plugin... DSB Flux..Bright Noise
 
Burgendy and Cream scrap-kit from Natalie
The scrap-kit is in the supplies
 
The tube I'm using is a PTU tube from Angels tubes

So I can't supply it

Angels tubes

Open new white image 700x600
Layers new raster layer
Flood-fill black
Layers, load save mask from disk
Find tde_70 mask
Load, layers merge group
Copy and paste stitched heart as new layer
Image resize 90%
Image rotate 15% left
Layers duplicate, image mirror
Add drop-shadow to both hearts
Layers merge down
Sharpen 2 times
Ive added some weave also (optional)
Copy and paste frame 4 as new layer
Click inside of frame with magic wand
Selections modify expand by 4
Open paper 1 in psp resize to 500x500 pixels
Copy and paste as new layer
Selections invert, hit delete
Selections none
Ive added some weave also
Move this layer under the frame layer
Still on this layer copy and paste your tube as new layer
Resize to make it fit in the frame
Add drop-shadow
Copy and paste the charm as new layer
Resize to make it fit in the frame
Add drop-shadow and sharpen
Now merge visible the frame,paper,tube and charm
Image rotate 15 left
Image resize about 90%
Now add any elements you wish
Add drop-shadow and sharpen each layer
Add your name and any copyrights
If you not going to animate
Layers merge all
Save
 
ANIMATION
Now make the layers active that you going to animate
Effects, DSB Flux..Bright Noise
Intensity on 46
Click mix once then ok
Copy merge and paste in AS as new animation
Back to psp undo the bright noise
Then do noise again but click mix 2 times
Copy merge and paste in AS after current frame
Back to psp undo the bright noise
Do noise again but click mix 3 times
Copy merge and paste in AS after current frame
View your tag if all is well
You can now save as...
