This tutorial was written in pspx but should work in other versions.
Tools needed
Tube of choice
Scrap-kit
Mask
No supplies for this tutorial
Mask.. Vix_mask 202 from Vixpsp
Put the mask in your psp mask folder
Scrap-kit Midnight Destiny freebie from Frostedillusions
I'm using a tube from Jamie Kidd
As this is a PTU tube I can't supply it.
Open new image 650x650 white
Add new raster layer
Flood fill with #D1B5DB
Layers,load save mask from disc
Find Vix_mask 202, load
Layers merge group
Copy and paste the frame as new layer
Image resize 90%, image mirror
Click inside of the frame with magic wand
Selections, modify, expand by 4
Layers new raster layer
Now flood fill with a pattern of choice
Selections none
Move this layer under the frame layer
Make top layer active
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Place on the frame
Now to get the tube so it looks like its in the frame
Duplicate the frame layer
Move this layer above the tube layer
Erase the parts of the frame that are covering the tube

Add slight drop-shadow to the original frame layer and tube
Sharpen the frame layer
Make top layer active
Copy and paste flower pot as new layer
Image resize 50%
Place to the bottom left of the frame
Copy and paste flower 1 as new layer
Image resize 50%
Place on the top left of the frame
Copy and paste bow 4 as new layer
Resize 50%
Place on the flower
Add drop-shadow and sharpen
The flower and bow
Add any other elements you want drop-shadow
And sharpen each layer as you go
Add your name and any CR
Layers merge all
Save
