Layers, convert to raster layer
Click inside of circle with magic wand
Selections, modify, expand by 4
Open paper 6 in psp
Image resize 80% all layers clicked
Copy and paste as new layer
Selections, invert, delete, select none
Drag this layer under the frame layer
Adjust, hue and saturation, colourize
Hue..252
Saturation..100
Click ok
I've added some sparkle to this layer also
Drop-shadow the frame layer
Same settings as above
Then V&H.. -2
Then sharpen the frame
Open bow 1 in psp
Image resize 40%
Place in the middle of the frame
Muras Meister, copies
Encircle, I've used the default settings
Make sure the number is on 12
Now drag this layer under the frame layer
Erase the part of the bow sticking out of the frame

Add same drop-shadow and sharpen
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Drag under the frame layer
Erase any part outside of the frame
Add drop-shadow
Copy and paste the border mauve rose I've supplied
Image resize 120% 2 times
Place on the frame
Add drop-shadow and sharpen
Open the word art
Make the word art template layer active
Copy and paste as new layer
Click on the letters with magic wand
Layers new raster layer
Flood-fill with #EFD2D6
Select none
Delete original layer
Add drop-shadow
Now copy and paste the words as new layer

Add some elements of your choice
Drop-shadow and sharpen each layer
Add your name and any copyrights
Layers merge all
