I'm using a tube from Barbara Jenson
As this is a PTU tube I can't supply it.
Open new image 600x600 white
Copy and paste paper 9 as new layer
Layers, load save mask from disc find WSL_Mask 119
Load, layers merge group, resize 110%
Copy and paste frame 2 as new layer
Image resize 70% all layers not ticked
Pick a light colour from your tube
Click inside of the right smaller frame with magic wand
Have feather set to zero
Selections, modify, expand by 4
Layer new raster layer, floodfill with the colour you chose
Select none, move this layer below the frame layer
Effects, texture effects weave settings below
Gap size...1
width...3
opacity...2
Weave and gap colour white
Fill gaps clicked
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Place in the frame erase parts that are outside the frame
Lower the opacity to about 70
Make the frame layer active
Click inside of the other frame (oblong)
Selections, modify, expand by 4
Layer new raster layer, floodfill with the colour you chose
Select none, move this layer below the frame layer
Apply the weave with same settings as above
Now add some elements of choice
Add slight drop shadow if you want
Copy and paste your tube of choice
Add drop-shadow
Layers merge all
Add your name and any copyrights
Save
Ive added some sparkles to the tag below with constellation
