GOLD AND CREAM

This tutorial was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
  
Tools needed
 
 Tubes of choice
Scrap-kit
Template 1
 
NO SUPPLIES FOR THIS TUTORIAL
 
Effects,Tramages....Tow the line
DSB Flux..Bright Noise

Template 1 is also from this site
I'm using a tube from Jamie Kidd
As this is a PTU tube I can't supply it.
 
Open new white image 650x650
Copy and paste back lines from the template as new layer
Click inside of the rectangles with magic wand
Selections, modify expand by 4
Copy and paste paper 6 as new layer
Selections, invert, hit delete
Selection none
Add drop-shadow
V&H...3
Opacity...50
Blur...3
Colour black
Effects, Tramages..Tow the line
With standard settings
Layers duplicate
Image rotate 90% to right
Layers merge down
Image resize about 120%
Resize all layers unclicked
Delete the original template layer
Copy and paste frame in the template as new layer
Image resize 120% 2 times
Click with magic wand
Selections, modify, expand by 2
Copy and paste paper 6 as new layer
Selections, invert, hit delete
Selection none
Delete the original template layer
Add same drop shadow as above
Copy and paste top frame from template as new layer
Image resize 110%
Place down a bit so it overlaps the other frame at the bottom
Click with magic wand
Selections, modify, expand by 2
Copy and paste paper 20 as new layer
Selections, invert, hit delete
Selection none
Delete the original template layer
Add same drop shadow as above
I didn't use the circles from the template
You can if you want just follow the step as above
Copy and paste lace frame 1 from kit as new layer
Image resize 110%
Sharpen the frame
Click inside of frame with magic wand
Selections, modify expand by 4
Copy and paste paper 4 as new layer
Selections, invert, hit delete
Selection none
Move this layer under the frame layer
Add same drop-shadow
Still on this layer
Copy and paste doodle 1 as new layer
Image resize 60%
Place nicely in the frame

Erase the part outside the frame
Sharpen the doodle
Add same drop-shadow
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Add same drop-shadow
Copy and paste flower corner 2 as new layer
Place to the top left of tag
Layers duplicate image mirror
Duplicate again then flip
Duplicate again then mirror
Merge these layers together
Then sharpen
Now drag this layer down to above your background layer
Now add some elements of choice
Add drop-shadow to each layer and sharpen
Add your name and any copyrights
If you not going to animate
Merge all and save
 
ANIMATION
 
Make the flower corner layer active
Effects, DSB Flux..Bright Noise
Intensity on 46
Click mix once then ok
Copy merge and paste in AS as new animation
Back to psp undo the bright noise
Then do noise again but click mix 2 times
Copy merge and paste in AS after current frame
Back to psp undo the bright noise
Do noise again but click mix 3 times
Copy merge and paste in AS after current frame
View your tag if all is well
You can now save as...
