This tutorial was written in pspx but should work in other versions.
Tools needed
Tube of choice
Scrap-kit
Word art (supplied)
Plugin... Muras Meister, copies
Effects, dsb flux, bright noise
I'm using a beautiful tube from Suzanne Woolcott
This is a PTU tube so I can't supply it
Scrap-kit Fantasia freebie from aussiescraps
Open new image 650x650
Open doodle 1ll in psp
Image resize 80%
Copy and paste as new layer
Effects, Muras Meister, copies
Put number on about 9, and have Encircle
Click ok
Add drop-shadow
V&H...2
opacity..50
blur..7
Open mirror 3 in psp
Image resize 50%
Copy and paste as new layer
Effects, Muras Meister, copies
Put number on about 8 and have Encircle
Leave everything else as is..
Click ok
Layers duplicate, layers merge down
With magic wand click inside of the mirrors
You only need the outer part of the mirrors

Layers new raster layer
Flood-fill with #F0C1D3
Effects, dsb flux, bright noise
Intensity on 42
Mix clicked
Click ok
Selections none
Add drop-shadow and sharpen
Open frame 1 in psp
Image resize 30%
Copy and paste as new layer
Place in the middle of you tag
Add drop-shadow and sharpen
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
A tube with a background is ideal
Now drag this layer below the frame layer
Erase parts of the tube sticking out the frame
Copy and paste the word-art I've supplied
Iv'e resized mine 90%

Open beads 1 in psp
Resize about 75%
Copy and paste as new layer
Place on the top of the frame
See tag for reference
Some beads will over lap the frame
So don't worry we will delete them after
Layers duplicate,image flip
Layers duplicate,image,rotate 90% left
Place on the left of the frame
Layers duplicate image mirror
Now line the beads up on the frame the best you can
Erase parts you want to I've placed butterflies
On the corners to hide the beads lol
Merge all the bead layers visible
Add drop-shadow and sharpen the beads
Now add some elements of choice
Add drop-shadow to each layer
And sharpen if you wish
When finished adding the elements
Add your name the font I have used is
2 pea's hearts delight
Add any copyrights
Layers merge all
Save
