This tutorial was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
Tools needed
Tube
Mask Vix_ Mask 41
Scrap-kit
Scrap-kit is called Lovely Laura by Ali its a freebie
I'm using a garv tube you have to have a license to use his artwork
So I can't supply it.
Open new white image 700x600
Layers, new raster layer floodfill with #A37E66
Layers, load save mask from disc find Vix_Mask 41
Load, layers merge group
Close of this layer
New raster layer, floodfill with #E83F61
Do the mask again, merge group
Image resize 90%
Layers merge down
Copy and paste frame 3 as new layer
Image resize 80%
Click inside of frame with magic wand
Selections, modify, expand by 4
Open paper 7 in psp
Image resize 55% all layers clicked
Copy and paste as new layer
Selections invert, hit delete on keyboard
Select none
Move this layer under the frame layer
Copy and paste tube of choice as new layer
Fit it in the frame
Erase any parts of tube that over-lap the frame
Add drop-shadow to frame and sharpen
Copy and paste frame 1 as new layer
Resize by 95%
Move this layer below the other frame layer
Drop shadow and sharpen
Now copy and paste elements of choice
Add drop shadow and sharpen
Add your name and any copyrights
Layers merge all
Save
