This tutorial was written in psp 8 but should work in other versions.
Layers, load save mask from disc
Find Vix_Mask 55 click load
Layers merge group
Layers duplicate, image flip
Layers merge down
Copy and paste frame 4 as new layer
Click inside of frame with magic wand
Selections modify expand by 4
Now copy and paste paper 2 as new layer
Selections invert now hit delete, select none
Move this layer under the frame layer
Copy and paste tube as new layer
A large close up tube is best
Delete parts that are out of the frame
Effects, texture effects weave with settings below
Gap 1
Width 3
Opacity 1
Weave and gap colour white
Fill gaps clicked
Copy and paste Paris tower as new layer
Place in the frame along side the tube
Make top layer active
Copy and paste main tube as new layer
Drop-shadow all layers
V&H..2
opacity..55
blur..7
Colour black
Sharpen the frame also
Copy and paste any elements from scrap
It's hard to choose as they all gorgeous lol
I think I went a bit overboard lol
When you have finished adding them
Add your name and any copyrights
Layers merge all
Save
