I'm using a tube from Barbara Jenson
As this is a PTU tube I can't supply it.
Open new white image 700x700
Copy and paste the template as new layer
Image resize 120% 2 times
Duplicate the template
Image resize 90%
Click on this layer with magic wand
Floodfill with #A1000B
Effects, texture effects,weave with settings below
Gap size 25
Width 75
Opacity 100
Weave and gap colour black
Fill gaps checked
Select none
Duplicate your black template layer
Make your first black template layer active
Adjust, blur, Gaussian blur radius on 5
Click ok
Now on the black duplicated template layer
Effects, texture effects with the same settings as above
But change the weave and gap colour to #A1000B
Make the top layer active
Click on the white square with magic wand
Selection, modify expand by 4
Layers new raster layer
Floodfill with black
Select none
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Now make the black background layer active
Effects,Toadies, What are you with settings below
X and Y both on 20
Now copy and paste your other tube as new layer
Add drop shadow
V and H...8
Opacity 40
Blur 3
Black
Add any elements you want
Add drop-shadow and sharpen each layer
Add your name and any copyrights
If you not going to animate
Layers merge all
Save
ANIMATION
Make the copy of raster 1 layer active
Effects,Xenofex 2 constellation
Settings below
Star size 2.00
0
1
1
100
85
Twinkle rotation 45
Keep original image ticked
Click ok
Copy merge and paste in AS as new animation
Back to psp
Undo the twinkles
Now do the twinkles again but hit the random seed once
Copy merge and paste in AS after current frame
Do above one more time so you have 3 frames in AS
Edit, select all
Animation, frame properties, change to 15
Click ok
Save
