I'm using a garv tube you have to have a license to use his artwork
So I can't supply it I'm sorry
Open template Ali 1
Delete raster 1 in the layers
Make rectangle 1 active
Close of all other layers
Selections,select all, float then defloat
Copy and paste rockabilly love paper into selection
Keep selected
Effects, constellation burnt edges
Contract 0.00
Burn width 3.72
Roughness 2
Burn colour #CB0303
Make selection transparent ticked
Overall opacity 75
Click random seed once
Select none
Close of this layer and unclick rectangle 2
Make this layer active
Repeat steps above but with a different paper
And make the colour black in burnt edges
I used paper 4
When finished this layer close it off
Now for the rectangle 3 layer
Un-click it and make it active
Ive just used red for this layer
#800000
Do same as above again
With burnt edges colour black again
Now for the last one
Same as above ive used black with red edges
Now un-click them all
Make top layer active
Effects, tramages, tow the line
80,54,48 and 9 click ok
Effects, reflection effects, rotating mirror
Horizontal & rotation on 0
Edge mode, wrap, then ok
Copy and paste a close up of your tube as new layer
If you used the same tube as me resize it by 65%
Place on the right hand side
See my tag for placement
Image rotate 10 right
Use eraser to erase parts over-lapping
Opacity 30 to fade slightly
Now duplicate then mirror
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Add drop-shadow settings below
V&H..5
Opacity..50
Blur..1
Black
Now add the elements of choice
Drop-shadow each layer
Add your name and any copyrights
If you not animating merge all
Save
ANIMATION
Make the LOVE word active
Effects, Xenofex 2 constellation settings below
2,1,49,0,100,75
Click keep original image ticked
Hit random seed once click ok
Copy merge and paste in AS as new animation
Back to psp
Undo the sparkles and apply again hit random seed once again
Copy merge paste in AS after current frame
Back to psp
Repeat steps again
Copy merge and paste in AS after current frame
View animation if happy save
