I'm using a tube from Jamie Kidd
As this is a PTU tube I can't supply it.
Open new white image 700x580
Copy and paste the template as new layer
Click inside the large square with magic wand
Selections, modify expand by 4
Layers, new raster layer
Copy and paste the background into selection
Image resize 110%
Select none
Click inside the small outside squares including the little ones
Selections, modify expand by 2
Layers, new raster layer
Open paper 1 in psp
Copy and paste into selection
Keep selected
Effects, tramages, tow the line settings below

Click ok
Select none
Add drop-shadow settings below
V & H...3
Opacity...60
Blur...5
Colour black
Make raster 1 active
Click inside the triangles with magic wand
Selections, modify expand by 2
Layers, new raster layer
Copy and paste paper 2 into selection
Select none
Add same drop-shadow as above
Copy and paste frame beads as new layer
Drag this layer down above raster 1
Apply same drop-shadow and sharpen
Copy and paste raffiaribbon as new layer
Image resize 70%
Place on the top left of frame

Layers, duplicate,image mirror
Layers merge down
Add same drop-shadow and sharpen 2 times
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Add same drop-shadow
Add some elements of choice
Drop-shadow each layer
Add your name and any copyrights
Layers merge all
Save
