Tools needed
Tube
Scrap-kit (in supplies)
Masks (in supplies)
 
Put the masks in your psp mask folder
 
 
Plugin...Xenofex 2 constellation
Muras Meister, copies
 
Scrap-kit is called Natalie's Dream by Natalie its a freebie
I named it Natalie's Dream hope you like the name lol  
This is Natalie's first scrap-kit its awesome
 
I'm using a tube from Jamie Kidd
 As this is a PTU tube I can't supply it
 
Open new white image 600x600
Flood-fill with black
Layers new mask layer from disc
Find sophisticatedSimone mask 17
Load,layers merge group
Image resize 105%
Layers new raster layer
Flood-fill with #CF7DA2
Layers new mask layer from disc
Find sophisticatedSimone mask 16
Load,layers merge group
Layers merge down
Copy and paste frame 1 as new layer
Image resize 75%
Click inside of frame with magic wand
Selections, modify, expand by 4
Copy and paste paper2 as new layer
Image resize 50%
Selections, invert, hit delete
Selections none
Drag this layer below the frame layer
Make the frame layer active
Copy and paste tube of choice
Place in the frame
Now duplicate the frame layer
Move this layer above the tube layer
Erase the parts of the frame that are covering the tube

Add slight drop-shadow to the original frame layer and tube
Make top layer active
Copy and paste rose 1 as new layer
Image resize 40%
Place in the middle of the frame
Effects, Muras Meister, copies
Just change the number to 22
And use encircle, click ok
Image resize 115%
Drag this layer down to just above your mask layers
You might have to move it a touch to get it even
Copy and paste rose bunch 1 as new layer
Image resize about 60%

Make top layer active
Copy and paste bow of choice
Image resize 60%

Add drop-shadow and sharpen 2 times
Copy and paste butterfly of choice as new layer
Image resize
Add drop-shadow and sharpen
Add your name and any copyrights
If you not going to animate
Layers merge all
Save
 
ANIMATION
Make your circle of flowers layer active
Effects,Xenofex 2 constellation
With settings below
Star size 2.00
0
1
6
100
85
Twinkle rotation 45
Keep original image ticked
Click ok
Copy merge and paste in AS as new animation
Back to psp
Undo the twinkles
Now do the twinkles again but hit the random seed once
Copy merge and paste in AS after current frame
Do above one more time so you have 3 frames in AS
Edit, select all
Animation, frame properties, change to 15
Click ok
Save
