This tutorial was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
Tools needed
Tube
Mask
Scrap-kit
Plugin...Xenofex 2 constellation (optional)
Scrap-kit is called Cream by Swheatcreations its a freebie
I'm using a garv tube you have to have a license to use his artwork
So I can't supply it I'm sorry
WSL_Mask 174 download below
Put the mask in your mask folder in psp
Open new white image 700x600
Flood-fill black
Layers,load save mask from disc apply the mask
Layers merge group
Image resize 110%
Layers new raster layer
Flood-fill with #F26087
Apply the mask again
Merge group
Layers merge down
I used my deform tool and pulled the mask down a little
Copy and paste gorjuss lace as new layer
Image resize 65%
Drag down below the mask layer
Adjust. Sharpness, sharpen
Make top layer active
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
Place in the heart
Make the mask layer active, duplicate
Move the duplicated layer above the tube layer
Use eraser to erase parts of the mask covering the tube
Drop-shadow the tube
Copy and paste elements of choice as new layers
Add slight drop-shadow to each layer
Sharpen if you like
Add your name and any copyrights
Ive added sparkles to the flowers
Close of all layers except the roses layers
Merge them visible
Unclick all the other layers
With magic wand click on the roses
Xenofex 2 constellation settings below
2,6,1,1,100,55,45
Click keep original image ticked
Hit random seed once click ok
Selections, select none
Copy merge and paste in AS as new animation
Back to psp
Undo the sparkles and apply again but hit random seed once again
Select none
Copy merge paste in AS after current frame
Back to psp
Repeat steps again
Copy merge and paste in AS after current frame
View animation if happy save
