PURE BLISS

It was written in psp8 but should work in other versions.
TOOLS NEEDED
Mask
Tube
Scrap-kit
I'm using Alane_MomsInspiration scrap-kit its a PTU scrap-kit
Therefore I cant supply it you can purchase it from here
I'm using the art work of Keith Garvy
You must have a licence to use his art work.
Open image 600x600 transparent
Layer new raster layer flood fill with white
Layer new raster layer flood fill black
Layers, load save mask from disc find
Sg-double-floral-grunge frame 2 click load layers merge group
Selections, select all, selection float, flood fill with EDB9C2
Select none
Click on the 2 frames of your mask with magic wand
Selections, modify expand by 3
Open paper 2 resize by 50% copy and paste into selection
Leave selected
Effects, texture effects, weave with these settings
Gap size 2
Width 12
Opacity 3
Fill gaps clicked
Weave and gap colour black
Select none
Copy and paste your tube as new layer place where desired
Add drop shadow with these settings
V & H # 4
Opacity 50
Blur 4.90
Colour black
Open pink ribbon with bow copy and paste as new layer
Resize and place on top frame layers duplicate, image mirror
And place on the bottom frame
Add brush or what ever you wish to top frame
Copy and paste pink butterfly, resize and place on top frame
Copy and paste flower organza 01 as new layer
Resize, see tag for placement
Do the same for dragonfly 01, pink gift box and the rose,
Adjust sharpness, sharpen all layers
Add drop shadow same as above
Add your name and any copyrights
Save
