Open new white image 650x650
Copy and paste frame of choice
Click inside of frame with magic wand
Selections, modify expand by 12
Copy and paste paper of choice as new layer
Select none, move this layer under the frame layer
Now copy and paste your tube (close up tube) as new layer
Place where you want in the frame
Delete and parts of the tube outside the frame
Add drop-shadow to frame and tube
Now merge the frame,paper and tube layers visible
Image resize 75%
Place to left up a bit see my tag for placement
Make the mask layer active
Copy and paste paper as new layer
Image resize 65%
Image rotate free rotate 20 left
Add drop-shadow
Place top right of tag
Repeat above steps with a different paper
But rotate 20 right
Place bottom left of tag
Add drop-shadow
Copy and paste black spider web as new layer
Place on the paper
Do the same to the white web
Place on the other paper
Add drop shadow to both webs
Add any other elements you want
Drop shadow each layer
I added some DSB Flux radial noise to the elements
Add your name and any copyrights
Layers merge all
Save
